1- Cancellation is free within the first 60 minutes from the time of booking.

2- Upon cancellation within the (24) hours from the date of commencement of travel, a fine of 100% of the ticket value shall be imposed.

3- When canceling within the 48 hours up to 24 hours before the start of travel, a fine of (100%) of the ticket value is imposed.

4- When canceling within the 72 hours up to 48 hours before the start of travel, a fine of (100%) of the ticket value is imposed.

5- When canceling 72 hours before the start of travel, a fine of (80%) of the ticket value will be imposed.

6- When canceling the open reservation, a fine of (50%) of the ticket value will be imposed.

7- The ticket cannot be canceled after the date of travel.

8- The company has the right to change only three letters, and the name cannot be changed completely, otherwise it is subject to the cancellation system.
